Dealing…
Two tracks from the pool, as close in rating as the pool allows. Pick one and both Elo ratings move by what the result was worth.
Dealing a pair…

The pool is a seeded catalogue of original sample tracks — titles and artist names only, with no hosted files. The audio layer that would let you listen before voting is not built, so this page does not show you a player that would do nothing.
Every active track is sorted by rating and a random adjacent pair is served, so the two sides are as close as the pool allows. Nothing is matched on style, mood or tags. A division battle applies the same rule inside one genre first.
Anyone can vote; there is no account and nothing to install. There is also no per-person deduplication yet — the only guard today is a rate limit on the voting address, so read the board as a rough signal rather than a poll.
Tracks enter at 1500. The winner takes what the result was worth against that particular opponent and the loser gives up the same amount, with a K-factor of 32 and a floor of 100. Beating a higher-rated track pays more.
More detail on pairing, ratings and what is not built yet is on the questions page.
Entry is not open as a self-serve flow. There is no uploader, no rights-warranty step and no moderation queue built yet, and none of those should be faked with a form that goes nowhere. The pool is curated by hand, and every track in it is original.
If you make original music and want a track considered, the submit page explains exactly what happens to it and what does not happen to it.
